Happy New Year everybody! We're excited to kick off 2015 with a fair at a brand new location on
Sunday January 25th! We're thrilled to be invited by
The Stable Yard at the stunning
Hatfield House in Hertfordshire to have a satellite event where we get to bring our excellent traders to a countryside setting well in reach of the capital as well as the surrounds of Hertfordshire.
Hatfield House is the home of the 7th Marquess and Marchioness of
Salisbury and their family. The Estate has been in the Cecil family for
400 years with superb examples of Jacobean craftsmanship.
The newly refurbished Stable Yard complex adjacent to the house is home to a variety of independent
retailers. Hosting a variety of functions and weddings, the Stable Yard events venue is a beautiful, airy space with huge amounts of room, meaning we're excited be be able to fit in over 30 of our superb traders on the day!
With our usual eclectic mix of vintage homewares, furniture, furnishings, kitchenalia, fabrics, lighting, prints, ceramics and curiosities from the early 1900's to the 1970's, as well as a large designated section of the very best vintage clothing, jewellery, accessories traders in the South East, we can't wait to bring our amazing handpicked vendors to Hertfordshire!
With lots of free parking on-site,
FREE entry and some great shops and food outlets to discover in the Stable Yard complex, it should be a great way to blow away the January cobwebs as well as getting some fresh countryside air!
Make a day of it - hope to see you there from
