Back this Sat!

We're back for 2013 this Saturday February 2nd for our second Anniversary Event!

We've got a superb array of stalls to kick off the New Year, with all kinds of nostalgic treats to keep you well toasted - shake off the winter blues and come and see our 23 fantastic stallholders who have foraged all winter to bring you their splendid vintage collections this weekend.

We'll have popular regulars The Nostalgia Exchange - mother and daughter team Linda and Anna who spend their time scouring corners of the UK and France for some really wonderful wares.  Colourful enamel, kitsch tins, pretty ceramics, fabrics and one off curiosities are their forte.  Check out their excellent and informative blog for interiors tips, vintage inspiration and lots more too

We'll also have Spitalfields Antique Market regular and one of our staple vendors Marie from Enamelama, specialising in all kinds of eclectic baking ware, kitchen items, ceramics, utensils and useful objects from the 1930's onwards, her stall is a great nostalgic trip through kitchens across the ages.  Marie is also the go to dealer for eccentric artists Gilbert And George who love to buy her china jugs!

There'll be traders such as Cary from Love Vintage specialising in stunning original buttons, jewellery, handbags, compacts and accessories from the 1920's onwards.  Cary is a seasoned and really knowledgable dealer who often travels to Paris to find some very decadent and unique things (see these very chic Hermes gloves below)

Her wares are ideal if you want to get into the glamorous mood of the Art Deco era for the upcoming release of The Great Gatsby

Embroidery, original fastenings, lace and ornate trimmings perfect for using in crafty vintage projects

Quirky, playful mid century ceramics, glass and collectables

And tactile blankets, fabrics, knitwear, cushions and cosy things to keep you snug until Spring, hurrah.

We'll also have a portion of carefully selected clothing vendors who we ensure have a great affordable mix of items from the 1940's to the 1980's.  Vintage clothing specialist Fola Solanke will be back with some exquisite 40's and 50's dresses, rare accessories and fantastically chic scarves - being the author of the Scarves book for Thames and Hudson she has a trained eye for some fabulous ones!

Finally, we're already salivating at the thought of Mary's Tea Parties bringing her baking with her this time round - Mary organises bespoke vintage tea party events and is a bit of a cake whizz, we can't wait to see her tasty creations and beautifully presented stall

We'll also have a mix of new vendors with an exhaustive selection of lighting, furniture, toys, postcards, ephemera, prints and lots more from 23 of the best quality vintage stallholders we've trawled the capital to hand pick for you!

With recommendations from Time Out, World of Interiors, i-D and numerous high profile bloggers and stylists we've attracted over 9000 visitors since our inception in 2011.

We think we're still the best place to find quality and affordable vintage homewares and interior items under one roof in North London.  Thanks to all of you who've supported us so far!

It's always great to see new faces, if you've not been before why not pop by and see us for tea, cakes and a browse this Saturday from 10am, hope to see you there!
