Our markets have attracted an unprecedented 4000 visitors this year with recommendations from Time Out, I-D magazine and various high profile style bloggers - don't miss out on our final event of 2011, and bag yourself some beautiful, ethical and genuinely original festive gifts in the process!

Our 22 vendors will have everything from mid-century tea sets to 1950's jewellery, 1960's fabrics, Edwardian vanity items, vintage ephemera, quirky kitchenware and all kinds of unusual curiosities you won't find anywhere else (and often at a better price than high street repoductions!) Please make note of our new venue this time round, St Mary's Junior School, Rectory Gardens, N8 7QN, a ten minute walk from the last one and on the W3 and 144 bus route that will lead you from Finsbury Park tube, Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Wood Green.

Look for the stop 'Middle Lane' and we're just across the road. Hornsey and Alexandra Park rail are also nearby.

Thanks to everybody who made it down to our September market - was great to see so many of you there despite it being a pretty scorching day!

We have news - we have a new and shiny venue with lots more space for the next market, which is gathering pace and will be here in just 17 days on Saturday October 1st!

St Mary's Junior School is just a ten minute walk from our usual venue and will give us room for over 30 stalls of vintage wonderment, hurrah! We really hope you can join us for our huge Autumn bonanza and some exciting new stallholders.

As usual, we'll have our signature mix of handpicked vendors selling top quality vintage homewares, furniture, mid century collectables, fabrics, jewellery, vanity items, gorgeous original clothing and all sorts of one off curiosities from the late 1800's to the 1980's.

Often these items are copied by the high street and actually sell for more than our originals - come and invest in something with a past and genuine character to make your home and wardrobe stand out!

We've had over 3,500 visitors since our markets started early in 2011 - we hope our new and exapnded Autumn event will be the best yet!

Hello! Just a few days to wait now until our brand new Stoke Newington market finally arrives!

A little about some of the new stallholders we've got - firstly House of Amelia will be selling quirky and kitsch homewares and furniture such as these wonders below:

We're also looking forward to having Scavengers on board, North London based dealers who very cleverly restore and replenish many of the items they find - they have all sorts of gorgeous and unusual one off items like 1930's plate racks, Victorian glass domes, as well as some classic items like this beauty of a suitcase below:

We're very pleased to have the excellent Cafe Vintage selling clothing at our new Stoke Newington market this Saturday July 2nd.

Having opened late last year just down the road near Finsbury Park, they've already established a fantastic line in combining sumptuous baked goods and cosy tea room settings with some great quirky collectables, hand picked vintage dresses and orginal retro garb.

No wonder they're always packed out whenever we walk past and Mary Portas rates them - we think what they do is fab and are looking forward to seeing what gorgeous garments they bring this Saturday!

A big thankyou to everybody who came to the market last Saturday June 4th - the sensationally warm weather made parks and seaside trips a pretty alluring alternative option for Vitamin D deprived Londoners, so we were really happy so many of you still made it!

We had an excellent day and it was exciting to welcome some new traders like Malmo and Moss aboard too, always fun to have a good old nose at the eclectic items new folk can bring in to the mix. We aim to circulate our stallholders and always have a few new faces each time to make each market that bit different.

Aside from that, we have NEWS, quite big news actually that we're expanding right out over North London and have decided to bring our vintage wonder wares to STOKE NEWINGTON!

If you don't know it, Stokey is a quaint wee hood, in the same vein as Crouch End and with some very appealing cafes, parks and independent shops along the main Church Street drag.

What's more, we've decided to land there pretty soon - Saturday July 2nd to be exact, which is yes, is pretty soon, huzzah! We'll be holding it in the endearing Stoke Newington Library Gallery, which is an oft overlooked yet lovely space just seconds from Church Street and nestled behind the library itself. Clissold Park is also a mere 2 minutes away for an post rummage ice cream and greenery, we think it's the perfect spot for a vintage bonanza - check our map here

The market will run 11-5pm with the same range of dazzling vintage homeware, collectables, mid century ceramics, fabrics, curiosities and more.

Our June market has crept up...we're back in just 24 hours at St Mary's Parish Hall, Crouch End from 10-4.30pm!  

The forecast is a gorgeous 25 degrees so don't miss the stunning views from Alexandra Palace Park later on, an excellent picnic spot a short walk from the venue - perfect for a post vintage foraging debrief!

Here's a sneek peek she's given us...

Deborah is the owner of a vintage boutique in North West London, with an emphasis on highly individual vintage fashion and costume from the 1860s to the 1980s. She collects and stocks British Boutique designers of the 60s and 70s and her shop is a destination for stylists, designers, models and buyers from all around the globe, so we're especially pleased to have her as an exclusive part of our summer market.

Thanks again to all of you who made it down to our super Spring market! It was a fantastic day with a staggering 1100 vintage enthusiasts making their way to leafy Crouch End to survey the gorgeous goods our handpicked stallholders had on offer, leaving many tables bare by the end!

We were really happy to have the Peanut Vendor onboard (recently recommended by The Guardian)selling some beautiful mid-century homewares

Vintage fashion stalwart Fola Solanke was also back with some stunningly chic vintage clothing and classic spring dresses dating right back to the 1940's and beyond

Vintage ceramics and kitchenware were also in abundance, with the many of the best 1960's and 1970's psychedelic designs being snapped up in the very first hour! 

Many thanks to Time Out who named us in their Best New Markets feature, as well as I-D online who recommended us - word about us has been spreading fast meaning we were full to capacity for much of the day! Thanks again to all of you who made it down!

We received rave reviews about the friendly atmosphere and quality vintage goods at our first market which was attended by an amazing 800+ people, leading Time Out to recommend us this week on their hotlist of the top ten things to do anywhere in London!

This time round we're excited about new traders selling more clothing, vintage toys and collectables, in addition to welcoming back a good portion of our brilliant handpicked dealers from last time selling a unique selection of one off vintage curiosities, accessories, kitchenalia, books, ephemera and homeware dating from the late 1800's to the 1970's.

A number of our stallholders are also regulars at the prestigious Spitalfields Antique Market, meaning the diversity and standard of the goods available really is second to none! Come and forage for a retro bargain to look striking in your home, a classic and original addition to your wardrobe or to pick out a stunning Mother's Day present you won't find anywhere else!

Next market arrives Saturday April 2nd!

Our next market is just under a month away now, time has flown! The second North London Vintage Market will open it's doors 4 weeks this Saturday on April 2nd, hurrah!

We're still over the moon that over 800 of you made it through the doors and hope to make the next one even bigger and better.

22 superb stalls sold a variety of collectables dating all the way from the late 1800's to the 1970's, with lots of Mid-century goodies along the way

Wow - huge thanks to the amazing 830 of you who made it down to support our very first market last Saturday, we were stunned and even a little overwhelmed by the constant crowds! So thank you, it was a really fantastic day.

It was great to meet so many people from the local area as well as those who'd made the trek from further afield, and so nice to hear people's enthusiasm and general positivity towards the event, hurrah!

We are very happy to have Bookowski's onboard for our first market! Our aim was to give the event more of a unisex feel than many vintage fairs, shifting the focus away from just clothing and include intriguing collectables, homeware, furniture, books and a wide range of old and curious things to behold.

We really hope Bookowski's diverse offering of cult classics, vintage magazines and art, design and philosophy tomes will add to this, providing something to suit all sorts of niche tastes!
